FINAL MEETING OF THE PROJECT WITH THE AUSTRIAN TRADE UNION PRO - GE
Trade Union of Construction, Industry and Planning (SGIP), Trade Union of Industry, Energy and Mining (SIER) and AGRO Trade union, today with the Austrian Trade Union "PRO - GE" in CCM held a final consultation on the project "Operation of the social dialogue at regional and local level."
Rice, Lalic, and Milutinovic, coordinators and representatives of "ICEM / EMCEF / IMF / IUF / EFFAT", summarized the results of past work and set the fields of cooperation for the future. Within this project were organized workshops and seminars during last two years.
Macedonian trade unionists agreed that cooperation and exchange of experiences is extremely important and informed about the most current problems in the labor movement.
President of the AGRO Trade union Zivko Danevski talked about seasonal workers, collective bargaining and plans for reform in the AGRO Trade union.
General Secretary of SGIP Blaguna Stojkovska briefed about unregistered work, as one of the biggest problems in construction.
Drakce Dimkovski, regional coordinator for SIER in Tetovo, said that the key goal of unions is to increase membership. SIER has established two regional offices, with a plan to organize five regional offices.
