On the basis of the project’s result and its awareness raising activities social partners will be stronger involved in the national debates on modernisation of law on employee involvement. The project shall contribute to better adaptation of legislation in the field of employee involvement and will have a multiplier effect on governments and all social partners on national level including other trade unions.

The involved employers’ organizations, trade unions, their branch associations and members will increase their expertise and hand on knowledge in this field. Improved knowledge will help companies to deal with involving employees in decision making processes and will therefore enable positive management of change in this region. As a result of the project we expect better and stronger bipartite social dialogue and social dialogue on company level in the future, which is still underdeveloped in involved candidate countries.
