Congratulations on the occasion of the Day of Revolutionary Fight
On the occasion of October 23 - Day of the Macedonian Revolutionary Fight the President of the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia Zivko Mitrevski PhD congratulated Gjorge Ivanov, President of the Republic of Macedonia, Trajko Veljanoski, President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia and Nikola Gruevski, Prime Minister of the Republic of Macedonia.
On the occasion of October 23 - Day of the Revolutionary Fight of Macedonian people, on behalf of the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia and on my personal behalf I extend cordial greetings.
This is the day that symbolize centuries of struggle and ideals of the Macedonian people for liberation, which constantly takes place and which results in formation of autonomous and independent Macedonia.
Today we enjoy the benefits of the tremendous effort and dedication of our people to create a prosperous future for their descendants. Celebrating this significant and important holiday for the Macedonian people we are reminded of the covenant left to us - to continue to build a society in which everyone has the opportunity to exercise the fundamental human rights enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia, based on international standards.
Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia - Macedonian workers are faced with the challenges of the market economy and changes in the economy globally. In order to increase competitiveness of the economy both on domestic and global market, in order to achieve dynamic growth and development, we strive to promote the contribution of each entity in the country including our organization.
Realization of economic and social rights is in interest of improving the quality of life of workers and general citizens of the Republic of Macedonia and affirms the respect for the values of labor, of social justice, of development of our country into a modern democratic society that is on the safe path towards European integration.
