GREETING TO THE UNIONS OF INDUSTRY, ENERGY AND MINING ON THE OCCASION OF THE DAY OF THE MINERS

On the occasion of the Day of miners, August 28, on behalf of the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia and on my personal behalf, I extend cordial greetings and best wishes for further improvement of working conditions and material and social condition of the miners in the country.

The Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia in its strategy for action is always referring to the constitutional right of the citizens of the Republic of Macedonia to live from their labor in a dignified manner, to ensure their livelihood and their families in conditions which guarantee that. We support the miners, in particular, to provide safe and healthy working conditions and to be protected from the risks of jobs that pose a threat to their health and life.

The Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia and the unions affiliated SSM in fact, with their work and actions are continually succeed in improving the material and social situation of workers in these sectors and fight for the realization of their rights on the basis of providing mutual cooperation and solidarity as a strategic determination of CCM and the affiliated unions .
