CCM CONTINUES WITH ITS WORK IN THE SUMMER PERIOD

WORKING VISIT IN COMPANY "11 OKTOMVRI - EUROKOMPOZIT" IN PRILEP

The President of the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia, PhD Zivko Mitrevski, The President of SIER, Pece Ristevski accompanied by the Secretary of the Regional Trade Union representative of Prilep, Lazar Angeleski had a working visit in “11th Oktomvri - Eurokompozit AD Prilep” on 23.08.2013.

At the meeting the Director Nikola Luchevski informed on the situation in this subject and the President of TUO Branko Chatlevski on the situation in trade union organization.

At the meeting TU representatives were informed about the published tender procedure for the sale of the company as one of loss-making enterprises and the interest of the partner with respect to the tender documentation.

Also at the meeting it was discussed regarding the situation with wages, implementation of health care and pension protection and for the announced process of voluntary departure of a large number of workers.

At the meeting it was concluded that all these processes need to be considered alongside the social partners at the enterprise level, but also at a higher level in order CCM, SIER and TUO to be fully informed about the situation within the company.

INITIATIVE FOR LOCAL ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL COUNCIL IN RESEN

The President of CCM, PhD Zivko Mitrevski on 26th of August 2013 had a meeting in the local self-government of the municipality of Resen with the Mayor of Resen, M.Sc. Gjoko Strezovski and the Chairman of the Council, PhD Mende Pashkovski regarding the initiative to form Local Economic Council (LEC).

At the meeting it was agreed a broader meeting to be organized in order the dynamics of formation of LEC Resen to be determined.
