The Law on mobbing, huge victory for CCM
Government spokesman Aleksandar Georgiev informed the media at the press conference that in 90 days the mobbing legislation should be adopted. He informed that the new law is initiative of the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia.
Adoption of the Law on Mobbing is a big victory for the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia. The special law on mobbing is CCM’s contribution in safeguarding workers' rights and in adoption and implementation of the European labor legislation, which is a fundamental activity of CCM’s platform.
In May 2012 CCM launched a campaign for adoption of a special law on mobbing and offered their draft law. This is the third time in the last two years that CCM brings victory in the adoption of special laws that preserve the rights of workers.
The Law on Mobbing is further proof that CCM proves in specific activities. There are always criticisms, but CCM proved to have good specific results.
