Today and tomorrow, September 30 and October 1, Women Section of CCM in cooperation with the Foundation "Friedrich Ebert" - Skopje, held a seminar in Struga on "Promoting women's union leadership." Lecturer of the seminar is Konstantin Petkovski, a professor at the Faculty of Law "Justinian I."

The seminar will bring together around 30 members of the Women Section of CCM, which are members of unions affiliated to CCM. President of CCM Zivko Mitrevski will speak on "Current conditions in the labor organization" and "Are women actively involved in union organizing."

The seminar is the type of workshop, where participants will be divided into several groups, informed the President of the Women Section Elisabeth Gelevska. This type of seminar involves active participation of everyone, because everyone should tell their opinion. Topics to be discussed are "Leadership Mirror", "Why women are somewhat active in union organizing as leaders of local union organizations?", "Trade Union as a form of organizing," "Leadership Skills", "The challenges of modern trade unions ", “Personality traits of a leader "," Model of Trade Union leader ", " Emotional intelligence "," The role of emotions in the workplace", " Communicating as a skill", " Understanding people and their nature", "Styles of communication" and other topics.
