NEGOTIATIONS WITH ORM REGARDING AMENDMENTS TO THE GENERAL COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT FOR THE PRIVATE SECTOR

On 8.6.2015, the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia and the Organization of Employers of Macedonia opened the negotiations regarding the amendments to the General Collective Agreement for the private sector in the area of economy in terms of determining the modalities, conditions and amount of payment of the recourse for vacation.

The social partners presented their views on several issues with special focus on the issue regarding recourse for vacation. The views were focused on the issues of payment, modalities and amount of the recourse on the basis of the analysis presented by the social partners.
