Caption 1. Participants on the Academy for young union leaders 2014

On 23 and 24.8.2014 in the hotel "DESARET" - Ohrid, the second module of the Academy for young union leaders 2014 was held, organized by CCM and the Foundation "Friedrich Ebert", Office Macedonia.

The program module was presented by PhD Todor Kalamatiev and the topics that were discussed have been related to the Labor Law, Procedure of employment and employment contracts. By the attendees a wide discussion has been opened on these issues and opinions and arguments "pro et contra" have been shared.

At the end the knowledge acquired on the course of this module was assessed, and was concluded that it was successful. A general conclusion was reached that this kind and level of training of young union leaders is required for further proactive action and strengthening the trade union organization.
